The Gala Dinner for parents and children will be held in a separate section of the Grand Chelsea Ballroom accompanied by Mensa-style entertainment. Parents and children are welcome to join the dancing in the adult section of the ballroom.
The dinner will be child friendly food and includes soft drinks.
Cancellation Policy:
Admin Fees may apply for late cancellations after August 31, 2025.
No refunds will be paid after September 30, 2025.
