Mensa kids and parents travelling to Brisbane for the AMC may wish to join our big adventure tour on Sunday, October 12, 2025. Join fellow Mensa kids on a coach tour which will take you to Brisbane attractions custom selected to delight Mensa kids. The coach will collect Mensans from the front of voco, our AMC Hotel. Expected highlights are:

• The Mathema Gallery This spectacular Mathematics Museum promotes an interest in mathematics through visual and interactive displays. There are galleries, a library and a gift shop all dedicated to mathematics. It comes highly recommended by a Queensland Mensa kid.
• Mount Coot-tha Lookout is the highest point in Brisbane with remarkable panoramic views of the city and Moreton Bay. It's a great place to take photos of the city and the winding Brisbane River.
• Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium is home to the Cosmic Skydome - a 12.5 metre-diameter projection dome. the Planetarium also includes an observatory, Galaxy Gift Shop and Sundial Courtyard.
• Other destinations are in the planning stages.
• A lunch stop will be included
• Mensa kids and parents will arrive back at voco by 4:30 pm.
• Please note, you will not be able to join the tour if you need to be at Brisbane Airport before 5:30 pm.
• There will be all day Sunday Mensa programs at the hotel for Mensa kids and parents unable to join the tour.

Special tour price is $60 for Mensa kids and parents who have not paid for the full AMC package. The tour is included in the Full AMC package cost, but we need to know you intend to join the tour. Head to Registration/Tours to book your seats.
